How do I pick the tea for me? The exciting process of picking which tea to purchase is just like dating, minus the stress. You can opt to date around by getting our assorted packs and just try each one ‘till you’ve found which you like. Or you our can also read our teas’ profiles to get to know them a bit before purchasing. Make sure to check the blend and the serving suggestions so you get a better idea of the flavor. You might want to think about whether you want cozy or fruity, sweet or tangy flavors. Have fun! P.S. always check the ingredients list to make sure you’re not allergic to any of the blends How do I steep my tea? Each tea has different steeping needs. The best way is to follow the instructions on your pack, which is also indicated in each of our tea’s profiles. Don’t worry, they’re quick and simple! Some opt to steep them a minute or two more for stronger brews or less for more lighter flavors. But we suggest getting to know the tea by steeping them as suggested first so you know how you want to adjust it. For loose leaf teas you can brew them different ways. You can use a steeper, we have adorable ones available right here, or brew it in your tea pot and strain when pouring in your cup. For bagged tea, just pop it in your mug and brew! What if I want it cold? Too warm for a hot cup, or just want something refreshing? Your tea can definitely do the job! Just check out our iced-tea guide and other recipes here. How many cups does my tea make? Can I re-steep? For loose leaf, the usual ratio is one tablespoon of tea, or 2 grams, is to one cup. Our 85g pack can make you 42-43 cups of tea, while the 50g pack makes 25. Not too shabby, right? Each teabag is ideally for one cup of tea. Because our teas are made of high-quality leaves, you might find them still good for another round, or two of brewing, all up to you. How much caffeine is there in my cup of tea? There’s actually no exact measure of how much caffeine there is in your cup because levels are affected by different factors including the temperature of water used. But we can definitely give you a good estimate! Black tea: 60-75mg / 8ozDecaf: 5-10mg / 8ozCoffee for comparison: 125-150mg / 8oz Do the teas contain carbs, calories, and everything nice? It all depends on the blends. Though brewing just tea leaves will result to virtually 0 carbs, calories, and sugar, most of our tea are blended with different ingredients to create wonderful flavors. Blends which include fruit pieces may contain 5-9 calories for an 8oz cup on average. Blends which contain inclusions like candy cane pieces or chocolate chips range at about 8-12 calories and between 1g and 5g of carbs per 8oz cup. Since they contain very few calories, our blends are actually a good way to curb your sweet cravings! How are teas like butterscotch made? What does natural flavoring mean? We blend the teas with different fun ingredients such real fruit pieces, candied pieces, and even dark chocolate chips! To perfect our unique blends, we also infuse our teas with all-natural ingredients such as essential oils derived from nothing else, but nature’s goodness! So every cup is filled with yummy goodness. We use high quality ingredients and flavors to make sure our blends taste exactly like what how it’s supposed to. This makes our tea simply magical! Storage, Freshness Expiration To keep your teas fresh (of course we always want fresh T!), make sure, they’re stored in a cool, dark, dry place and keep them well sealed. Tea doesn't go bad if stored in a moisture-free environment, but its flavors may lessen over time. In general, we recommend consuming tea within a year of purchase but we’re sure this won’t be a problem ;) Are your teas vegan? Yes! All our blends are vegan. Even all cream and chocolate natural flavors are dairy free.

What are your shipping rates? Rates will vary depending on your location and weight of order. You will be able to see the exact shipping rates on your check out page. Where do you ship, how long will it take for my order to arrive? We ship nationwide! If you are in Metro Manila, your order should arrive in 1-5 days. If you are outside Metro Manila, your package will arrive in 5-10 days. Payment methods We have the following payment methods for your convenience: Credit Card Payment – We accept VISA and Mastercard. Simply choose the “PayPal” option and choose the option “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” option. Nope, you don’t need to be a PayPal member and there won’t be any charges. Online Bank Transfer or Over the Counter (OTC) – Choose the “Bank Transfer / Over the Counter (OTC)” option and take note of the instructions on the side. Please settle your payment within 48 hours to confirm your order, or we will unfortunately have to cancel your order. PayPal – This option will lead you to PayPal’s portal. Simply follow the instructions until completion. Cash on Delivery (COD) – Choose the “Cash on Delivery / COD” option and take note of the instructions on the side. COD is currently available for Metro Manila area only, but rest assured, we are working to expand our reach. If you wish to cancel your order, and your mode of payment is Over the Counter (OTC), Online Transfer, and Cash on Delivery, please contact us as soon as possible through our Contact Us page under the subject “Orders.” We will get back to you if the cancellation is successful. For credit card, and Paypal transactions, unfortunately we cannot cancel the order once confirmed. Returns and exchange Unfortunately, since we are dealing with food items, for safety reasons, we will not be able to accommodate returns and exchanges except in the event of misdelivery.
