Tea popsicles? Definitely a must try! It’s the perfect recipe to make with the refreshing and fruity Candy Apple Carnival Tea. Perfect to serve and enjoy on a warm day, or weekend lunches with the family.

Prep Time

8 minutes to prepare, 4-8 hours to freeze

Ingredients

  • 2 teabags or 2 teaspoons of Candy Apple Carnival

  • 1 ½ cups of water

  • 1 teaspoon sugar

  • ¼ cup diced mangoes

  • ¼ cup frozen blueberries

Steps

  1. Steep the tea in 1 ½ cup of water, refer to the instruction on the pack or here, remove the teabags or sift out the tea leaves

  2. Stir in and dissolve the sugar

  3. Put the diced mangoes and blueberry in the tea and mash the fruits a bit

  4. Pour the liquid into the molds then freeze

  5. Take out once solid and lick away!

  6. When using the cold brew method

  7. Put the tea in 1 ½ cup of room temperature water. If using loose leaf tea, better to put the leaves in a steeper so you don’t have to drain it since the fruits are also going to be infusing in the water.

  8. Stir in and dissolve the sugar, add the fruits and refrigerate overnight

  9. Remove the teabag or steeper, pour in the molds and freeze

  10. Take out once solid and lick away!
