Prep Time

10 minutes

Ingredients

Tea

  • 2 bags or 2 teaspoons of Better than Christian Earl Grey Lavender

  • ¼ cup hot water

  • ½ cup cold water

  • Ice

Cream Froth

  • ¼ cup heavy cream

  • 1 tablespoon sugar

  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Steps

  1. Steep the tea in ¼ cup of hot water, refer to instructions on the pack or here for steeping time and temperature

  2. Remove the teabag or strain the tea leaves and add ½ cup of cold water

  3. Lightly whip the heavy cream, sugar, and salt. We want it thick but not forming peaks.

  4. Put some ice in a whiskey glass, pour the tea. Fill the glass almost to the brim while leaving some room for the topping.

  5. Top the glass with cream froth and serve with a smile and some swag.
