Prep Time

10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ cups milk

  • 1 ¼ cups water

  • 2 bags or 2 teaspoons of Better than Christian Earl Grey Lavender

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Note: you will need a French press

Steps

  1. Steep the tea in 1 ¼ cup of water, refer to the instruction on the pack or here for steeping time and temperature

  2. Heat the milk in a saucepan on low until small bubbles start to form along the sides. Take it off of the stove and pour it in a French press.

  3. Pump the French press plunger until the milk doubles in volume

  4. Remove the teabag or strain out the tea leaves. Stir in the sugar and vanilla extract into your cup.

  5. Divide the tea in two cups, pour the frothed milk in top of each, pinky up and enjoy your cup.
