Chocolate Chip with Sea Salt Cream Top
Have you ever had chocolate chip cookies with some of salty pretzel bits? They are amazing! The saltiness of the pretzels just balances out with the sweet, cozy taste of the cookie. That is exactly our inspiration for this recipe!

8-10mins to prepare, 2 hours to chill the tea and whipping cream
Ingredients

1 teabag or 1 teaspoon of Charlie’s Chocolate Chip

1 cup of water

1 teaspoon sugar

¼ cup heavy whipping cream, chilled

A punch of sea salt
Steps

Steep the tea in 1 cup of water, refer to the instructions at the back of the pack, or here for the steeping time and temperature, remove the teabag or sift out the tea leaves

Add the sugar into the tea, chill the tea

Place the whipping cream in a sealed jar and chill in the refrigerator

Once cold, pour the tea in a glass almost to the brim, leaving enough space for the cream fop

Add a pinch of sea salt flakes in the chilled cream, cover and shake for 15-30 seconds

Pour the whipped cream into the glass, and enjoy!
