Steep you’re the tea in ½ cup hot water, refer to steeping instructions or here for steeping time and temperature, remove teabag or drain out the tea leaves after

In a blender add the frozen mangoes and strawberries, the ginger or turmeric, and the tea. Blend until smooth.
